Faith Richard works well with all students and staff (whether having a disability or not), and she has a positive attitude. She is a firm believer that students should not be defined by their disability, and she maintains high expectations for students with disabilities. She pushes students to excel and engages in mentoring with students when necessary. Faith does not only serve in her own role; she happily helps other aides and teachers to support all students. She handles challenging behavior with a positive response and attitude.
