Kristy Horn | 2nd Grade Teacher
Chaparral Hills Elementary School
Kristy Horn is a veteran teacher and has been a member of the faculty at Chaparral
Hills Elementary School since its opening in 2005. Prior to coming to Chaparral Hills,
Kristy taught at Sunnymeadows Elementary School for 18 years. She has dedicated her
career to the children of Moreno Valley and has been a guiding light in education for
generations to our city’s children. As such, Kristy is proudly nominated Teacher of the
Year for Chaparral Hills Elementary School.
